How It Works


Digitising your memories is easy — here’s what to expect from start to finish.

1. Get in Touch

Send us a message through our website, email us, or text/call us on 0494 199 028.
Let us know roughly how many photos you have and how they’re stored (e.g. loose, in albums, in envelopes or boxes). Don’t worry if you’re unsure — we’re happy to help figure it out.

2. Drop-Off or Send-In

You can get your photos to us in a few ways:

  • Drop-off at our Docklands location (by appointment)

  • Courier them to us using Australia Post or your preferred service

We’ll provide the exact address and tips for safely packaging your photos once you're ready.

3. Scanning & Enhancement

Once we receive your photos:

  • We carefully scan each one at high resolution

  • Optional: We can apply gentle enhancements such as colour correction, minor crease removal, and cropping (charged separately)

  • We’ll check in with you if anything unusual comes up (e.g. stuck photos, album issues)

4. Review & Pay

We’ll send you a preview and an invoice once scanning is complete. You can pay online and let us know how you’d like your files delivered.

5. Delivery

Choose how you’d like your digital files:

  • USB (included in your quote or available for purchase)

  • Optional: Framed prints or photo enhancement packages
    Your originals will be safely returned to you with your completed order.
